Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance, with the ability to develop and implement new policies and maintenance programs that enhance maintenance operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reviewing hangar maintenance tasks for synergies across multiple aircraft programs
  • Compilation and issuance of Work Orders and maintenance priorities to maintenance staff
  • Development and updates of aircraft maintenance schedules to meet operational requirements
  • Reporting of maintenance activities using applicable software and management tools
  • Analysing, planning, organising and controlling maintenance and repairs of aircraft and components
  • Liaising with engineering on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) dispositions, procurement on aircraft parts supply and maintenance teams on servicing requirements

Requirements
  • A minimum 12 months experience as a Maintenance Controller / Planner in an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
