About the Role

The Mental Health Team Leader plays a critical role in delivering high-quality supports for individuals with complex needs. This role requires excellent leadership, decision-making, rapport-building, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the disability sector, with experience supervising people and programs. They will also possess strong networking and relationship management skills, an ability to think strategically, and sound verbal and written communication skills.

The Mental Health Team Leader will be responsible for managing and growing a team of Support Workers, including training, performance management, and more. A relevant tertiary qualification, driver's license, and NDIS worker screening and Working with Children's Check are essential requirements for this role.
