Experienced Mental Health Leader

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Leader to join our community-based team on night shift. This is a permanent full-time opportunity requiring you to work from home across a 24/7 roster supporting the night shift virtual telephone & online health service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 10-15 front line Counsellors as part of the Beyond Blue Support Service on night shift.
- Provide clinical supervision, people management, support with continuous quality improvement projects and audits, and include some front-line service delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and providing clinical supervision within complex and high-volume mental health service.
- A tertiary degree and/or masters in one of the following: Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Welfare OR: Tertiary degree in unrelated field plus Graduate Diploma in Counselling from ACAP (2-year Course).
- Minimum 3-years' experience in acute or community mental health.
- Registered with ONE of the following professional bodies:
- AHPRA (as a Provisional Psychologist with external supervision support or full registration as a Psychologist).
- PACFA - Minimum Provisional (working towards full registration).
- ACA - Minimum level 2.
- AASW / AMHSW – Full Membership.
