About Compliance and Cybersecurity Services

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in the Asia-Pacific Region. As a senior account executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding relationships within our risk assurance services practice.

About the Role

This is a high-leverage opportunity to work with qualified prospects, warm leads, and a trusted brand behind you — while still having the autonomy and impact of a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and close—across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and deliver customized solution strategies that align with each prospect's unique compliance, cybersecurity, and risk assurance needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with compliance automation platforms and key referral partners to create scalable, repeatable revenue streams and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical delivery teams, and client success to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience from first touch through ongoing engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter liaison, effectively articulating the value of Sensiba's RAS offerings to key decision makers and influencers.
  • Continuously track, forecast, and report pipeline activity using CRM systems, and contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within security compliance, SaaS, and/or professional services.
  • Experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, or compliance/risk leaders in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security compliance frameworks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Professional services or compliance automation platform experience.
