Role Overview

In this position, you will provide essential support to the business and your colleagues while learning the intricacies of being a Recruitment Consultant. Collaborating with the recruitment team, you will engage in various support and research tasks.

  • Conduct searches on platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Harvest's database to identify candidates;
  • Establish and maintain talent pools to ensure access to active and passive candidates for various employment opportunities;
  • Proactively manage talent pools and cultivate trusted relationships with candidates and job seekers;
  • Inform consultants about suitable candidates for current or potential job openings;
  • Create, post, and oversee job advertisements while generating talent pipelines through expressions of interest;
  • Screen candidates using various methods, including phone interviews and virtual meetings;
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including reference checks and background verifications.

  • Be proficient with digital tools, including spreadsheets and CRM systems;
  • Exhibit a proactive approach, attention to detail, and efficiency;
  • Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
  • Be a collaborative team player;
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Be comfortable communicating through various channels (phone, email, etc.);
  • Be organized and adept at time management.
