Role Overview
In this position, you will provide essential support to the business and team members while learning the intricacies of being a Recruitment Consultant. Collaborating with the recruitment team, you will engage in various support and research activities.
- Conduct searches on platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Harvest's database to identify candidates;
- Establish and maintain talent pools to ensure availability of active and passive candidates for various employment opportunities;
- Proactively manage talent pools and cultivate trusted relationships with candidates and job seekers;
- Keep consultants informed about potential candidates for current or upcoming roles;
- Draft, post, and monitor job advertisements while generating interest from potential candidates;
- Screen applicants through various methods, including phone interviews and virtual meetings;
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including reference checks and background verifications.
