Role Overview
In this position, you will provide essential support to our business and team members while learning the nuances of being a Recruitment Consultant. Collaborating with the recruitment team, you will engage in various support and research activities.
- Conduct searches on platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and our internal database to identify candidates;
- Establish and maintain talent pools to ensure our consultants have access to active and passive candidates for various employment opportunities;
- Proactively manage our talent pools and cultivate trusted relationships with job seekers;
- Keep consultants informed about suitable candidates for current and potential roles;
- Draft, post, and monitor job advertisements while generating interest from potential candidates;
- Screen applicants through various methods, including phone interviews and virtual meetings;
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including reference checks and background verifications;
