Role Overview
In this position, you will support the business and team members while learning the essential skills of a Recruitment Consultant. Collaborating with the recruitment team, you will engage in various support and research activities.
- Conduct searches on platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and our internal database to identify candidates;
- Establish and maintain talent pools to ensure our consultants have access to active and passive candidates for various employment opportunities;
- Proactively manage talent pools and cultivate trusted relationships with candidates and job seekers;
- Keep consultants informed about potential candidates for current and future roles;
- Create, post, and monitor job advertisements while generating talent pipelines through expressions of interest;
- Screen applicants using various methods, including phone interviews and virtual meetings;
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including reference checks and background verifications;

- Be proficient in digital tools and comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems;
