Therapy Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide face-to-face therapy sessions in Lithgow, supporting children affected by homelessness and domestic violence.
BackgroundLanguage development is crucial for early childhood. Domestic violence can significantly impact a child's language skills, leading to abnormalities and deficits in vocabulary, fluency, and social discourse.
Speech therapy helps children understand language, build vocabulary, and improve social skills. This program will service children referred by our service provider.
Priority access will be provided to clients residing in or being supported by services in Lithgow.
Requirements- A relevant qualification in speech pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current professional indemnity insurance and NSW driver's licence
- Recent Police Check and Working with Children Check
- A capacity to engage up to four clients per monthly session and deliver education sessions
This role requires experienced and qualified professionals with the capacity to provide outreach services in Lithgow.
