Job Summary
">- We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Generalist to partner with diverse client groups, provide expert human resource advice, and drive business growth.
About the Role
">- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant human resource experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Strong generalist skillset and commercial focus are essential for success in this role.
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills, are required.
Key Responsibilities
">- Assist client groups with HR aspects, including performance management, coaching, resource planning, employee relations, and succession planning.
- Present HR information and training to client groups as required.
- Run and assist with investigations.
- Provide HR operational support.
- Lead projects and participate in team efforts.
- Manage HR inboxes and escalations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
">- Relevant Experience: 5+ years of human resource experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Commercial Focus: Strong generalist skillset and commercial acumen.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
">- Industry Expertise: Experience working in a large corporation and/or IT industry.
