Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at TFE Hotels / Adina Apartment Hotels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue across our hotels through the development and execution of paid campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Trip Advisor, and Affiliate channels to drive revenue across our hotels.
- Work with hotel leaders to curate and execute digital campaigns for our restaurants, event spaces, and wedding venues to drive leads, covers, and revenue.
- Manage gift voucher campaigns to maximize sales.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Excel to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
