Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive leads, covers, and revenue across our hotels, restaurants, event spaces, and wedding venues.
- Manage gift voucher campaigns to maximise sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with hotel leaders to curate and execute digital strategies that meet business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Excel to inform data-driven decisions.
- A highly analytical individual with strong organisational skills and a knack for process and structure.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive collaboration and results.
