About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of granting wishes to critically ill children. As a key member of our Marketing and Fundraising teams, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, paid social, online video, SEO, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies to engage our supporter base and drive conversions.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including testing and refining tactics to improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance campaign strategies and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to drive strategy and execution improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to child safety, OHS, and brand guidelines, maintaining best practices in digital execution.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing channels and tools, such as paid search, paid social, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset, with a proactive approach to meeting objectives and overcoming challenges.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt and make an impact.
