
Client Retention Specialist

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and satisfaction of our customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive phone-based support and engagement
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, driving retention and adoption across our product suite
- Analyze key performance indicators from both business and client perspectives, implementing solutions to enhance outcomes
- Evaluate and improve individual and team performance, developing strategies to address issues and opportunities
- Capture and qualify leads for personal pipeline and referral to other sales teams
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in customer success within a technology or software-as-a-service environment. They will be results-driven, possess excellent communication, objection handling, and problem-solving skills. These qualities will enable them to drive high levels of client satisfaction.
We seek individuals who can take a holistic approach to client relationships, identifying areas for improvement and providing creative solutions to drive retention and minimize churn.
A successful candidate will be tech-savvy, adept at utilizing tools and systems to streamline their daily tasks. Familiarity with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
