  • Supervise kitchen operations when senior chefs are absent
  • Ensure high presentation standards for all dishes
  • Manage food costs within specified parameters
  • Follow FIFO policy and maintain cleanliness and equipment standards
Key Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff regarding menu items and updates
  • Communicate effectively with staff and report issues to senior chefs
  • Support on-the-job training and development
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Competency in cooking and supervisory skills at the level of Commis Chef
  • High standards in food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Current Food Safety training, refreshed annually
