Logistics Specialist - Transport Management Systems

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our S/4HANA platform. This role is responsible for delivering internal projects and providing expert application support, with a focus on Transport Management Systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing end-to-end application support including incident resolution, service requests, system troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of upgrades and support packs
  • Contributing to solution design and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Managing system configuration changes, continuous improvements, and enhancements, including updates to business processes and system design
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for WRICEFs, and configuring workflows, reports, interfaces, and forms accordingly
  • Overseeing data-related activities such as EDI mapping, data collection, conversion, and migration across internal and external systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse financial data, propose solutions to business challenges, and ensure stakeholder requirements are considered

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business or a related discipline
  • Relevant industry certification
  • Relevant SAP certification
