Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our transport planning team. As a Principal Transport Planner and Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Set clear goals with team members, conduct regular check-ins, develop skills and experience, and create a success-driven culture within the team.
  • Technical Expertise and Project Execution: Maintain high technical standards in Transport Planning, oversee project delivery, manage project activities, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Identify business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Operational and Performance Management: Monitor and report on team performance, contribute to annual business planning, and optimize team utilization through effective forecasting and task delegation.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in transport planning, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Broad expertise in people management, business development, project delivery, and business management.
  • Strong consulting skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
