The Role

Supporting our Customer Service and Ramp teams at Sydney Airport, this role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is task-focused, and is eager to contribute to long-term operational success.

  • Manage staff rosters, payroll systems, and employee leave planners.
  • Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager.
  • Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminals 2 & 3, including stock ordering and facilities management.
  • Handle telephone calls professionally.
  • Establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties where assigned.
Key Selection Criteria

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Task-driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritise, and multitask.
  • Experience with workforce management software preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Sabre DCS experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Well-presented with a professional and friendly mannerism.
Candidate Requirements

  • Previous rostering and payroll experience required.
  • Confidence and skill in handling employee and management enquiries.
  • Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting regional aviation.
