Pacific Aviation Professionals Wanted

Our organization is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join a dynamic team supporting the Australia-Pacific Partnerships for Aviation (P4A) program. The goal of this initiative is to strengthen the Pacific aviation sector, enhance safety standards, foster cooperation among regional stakeholders, and promote economic growth.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic advisory services to the P4A program to drive its objectives forward
- Collaborate closely with Ministries, regulators, airport authorities, and airlines across the region to achieve program outcomes and contribute to a high-quality decision-making framework for the national aviation sector
- Seek opportunities to build partner capacity and capabilities
- Report on policy support provided to DFAT in a bilateral context
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience relevant to their area of expertise
- A minimum of 10 years significant working experience in one or more of the areas set out above
- Experience working in Pacific Island countries, or similar operating environment, and knowledge of their aviation sector
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the aviation industry in the Pacific region.
