Strategic UC and CX Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic UC and CX Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, with a flexible, hybrid working model that accommodates in-office and remote work preferences.
This role involves providing strategic account management for our Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients, acting as the customer's voice inside our organization.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction. Your technical expertise will help clients maximize their investments in UC and CX technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on UC and/or CX technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level UC and CX solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within your client accounts.
- Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
