About The Role: As a Technical Account Manager – UC & CX at Generation-e, you will be responsible for providing strategic account management for our Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) clients. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, with a flexible, hybrid working model that accommodates in-office and remote work preferences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients.
  • Be the customer's voice inside Generation-e.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to help clients maximise their investments in UC and CX technologies.
  • Proactively identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
  • Represent Generation-e at client meetings, industry events and other forums.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on UC and/or CX technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level UC and CX solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within your client accounts.
  • Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
