Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based solutions to improve customer outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective financial services
  • Drive the development of human-centred AI solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our behavioural science unit

Requirements:

  • MSc/PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • Strong understanding of human behaviour and decision-making
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
