Senior Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Insights Specialist to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an expert in campaign delivery and data analysis to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

In this key role, you will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across direct marketing channels, leveraging your advanced SQL skills to extract and manipulate data for targeting and analysis. You will automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, and develop comprehensive reporting and insights to inform marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaign delivery across direct marketing channels (EDM, SMS, direct mail, outbound, web optimisation)
  • Extract and manipulate data using advanced SQL techniques for targeting and analysis
  • Automate data workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights and reporting to guide marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven improvements
