Delta Insights is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to join our high-performing team in Brisbane.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform
  • Lead the technical implementation across multiple projects – including integrations, custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform components
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business needs into technical outcomes
  • Contribute to technical design documents, deployment planning, and solution governance
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Dynamics 365 solutions for clients across industries

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
  • Hands-on experience with custom plugin development, workflows, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and CDS architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Based Brisbane.
