Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioural Consultant, you will be responsible for helping businesses transform their services, products and experiences to create profitability and better outcomes for Australians.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop behaviourally-led research frameworks to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative consulting firm that explores problems from all angles - cultural, behavioural and tech-enabled AI.

The ideal candidate will have BSCI academic credentials and previous experience working in applied behavioural insights either agency or client-side. You will have a demonstrated understanding of behavioural methodologies and appreciation of qualitative research methodologies.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, manage and strengthen client relationships and enjoy a range of Government & Commercial clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BSCI academic credentials
