Job Title: E-commerce Delivery Associate Job Description:

As an e-commerce delivery associate, you will be responsible for safely navigating through busy streets and suburban roads to deliver customer orders to their homes. You will also assist with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure. You will need to be able to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points, which may involve stairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • An unrestricted Australian driver's license and a safe driving record. You will need to consent to undergo both a police history check and a driving history check.
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.
  • Active physical abilities, as you will be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs).
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
