
Business Relationship Development Position

Create long-term, sustainable relationships with clients by designing and implementing individualized account strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong connections with clients through regular meetings and opportunities.
- Develop daily schedules to optimize client potential and sales productivity by territory zone.
- Promote the company brand as a Hilti Champion and represent its values.
- Utilize Salesforce to record interactions and track progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction and façade industry is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or architecture are highly desirable.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or customer-facing role.
- Solution selling and customer-centric approach skills.
- A valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage own call cycle.
- Strong discipline to manage accounts remotely and build relationships.
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills.
