Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the profitability and presence of our company across existing key accounts while also establishing and growing new accounts.
You will have direct responsibility for the account management of specified major accounts in the UK/Ireland and drive the delivery of our company objectives and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who is looking to grow their career in Sales and Account Management.
The role involves regular online meetings with the AU and US offices that are not in a 9am-5pm time frame.
The role is responsible for the grocery/pharmacy and health channels in the UK/Ireland, plus an understanding of Amazon account management is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years National Account Management experience in grocery and pharmacy (essential).
- Significant experience in negotiating with strategic customers with proven positive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated advanced relationship building and strategic thinking experience.
- High level communication skills and ability to openly express ideas and listen and build relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills to provide innovative and accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Participation in networking and other relationship management opportunities to develop and grow relationships with key customers.
- Demonstrated business acumen which initiates change/continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem solving for better solutions.
- Ability to deal with complexity, detail and meet deadlines.
- Curious mindset and great team player.

Others:
Reporting to the AU Executive team, this critical role is responsible for the achievement of agreed sales, distribution, profitability, market share and promotional targets across all categories within the designated Customer Accounts.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Deliver revenue, expenditure, profit and category share/growth targets.
- Effective management of customer relationships and joint business plans.
- Effective management of the category review process for all categories to key customers.
- Lead the post evaluation process of key category business initiatives within key customers to identify key learnings for application to future opportunities.
- Manage the promotional paradigm to create maximum sales & profitability for TSPC & key customers.
- Plan and execute trade marketing plans with accounts that fall under UK/Ireland portfolio.
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategic sales plans.
- Work closely with AU Sales/Marketing team.
- Be the lead brand representative and attend annual expos to in the UK and Ireland Trade and Consumer shows.
- Manage day to day trade negotiations with key customer contacts.
- Develop strong, effective business relationships with key customer personnel.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other internal functions to deliver business solutions.
- Accurately forecast based on all available information for key customer accounts provided monthly to Exec team.
- Develop new business opportunities aligned to our growth strategy.
- Identify and act on opportunities to achieve year-over-year sales growth.
- Grow revenue for key accounts.
