About the role

You and your team will be backed by an organisation that sees quality of resident lifestyle and care as top priority. The Village Manager role is a key leadership role, which will see you responsible for:

  1. Operational performance to ensure the village runs smoothly every day
  2. All staffing and financial management
  3. Planning and implementation of annual business plans
  4. Fostering a high-quality customer experience that drives Summerset's reputation
  5. Ensuring effective risk management strategies are implemented and reviewed
About You

You will be an empathetic, confident person with a solid background in customer-facing environments. As we have a Clinical manager, you will focus on the business side of our operations and continue developing a fantastic community for our residents. This could be a fascinating and rewarding career move into a growing industry with a secure future if you can bring:

  1. Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills
  2. The ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle customer queries effectively
  4. Proven experience with management of profit centres or achievement of revenue targets
