Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Site Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in New South Wales.

About the Role
  • Conduct project compliance in accordance with our Business Management System standards.
  • Complete project planning and programming tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations through effective communication.
  • Monitor the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates and benchmarks.
  • Report and mitigate project performance issues promptly.
  • Provide regular production cost updates, daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procure plant, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Issue site-specific policies, procedures, and permits as required.
Ideal Candidate
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in civil construction and relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong team player with a passion for learning and growth within the business.
