Helpdesk Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This 12-month contract will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience in a corporate setting, supporting clients across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert guidance on various hardware and software systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch desktop support to clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and services.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge bases and documentation to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • A solid understanding of Active Directory, network protocols, and PC maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
