Job Title: Community Support Specialist

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
