CPAP Therapy Consultant Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the initial point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
