**Job Role:** Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to facilitate customer support and training programmes across a diverse range of healthcare products and services in Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

This role involves managing and expanding an existing healthcare customer portfolio, identifying key opportunities to increase market share in the healthcare sector.

  • Provide comprehensive customer support through various health and continence care programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at all levels within the organisation.
  • Enhance customer retention by ensuring our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Add value for customers to improve their consumer outcomes.

You will have previous experience within the healthcare sector, preferably with nursing qualifications and/or aged care experience. An experienced continence nurse or similar will be highly valued as the role is predominantly supporting products in use and our programmes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to speak confidently and deliver a continence education program to nursing staff and management will also be highly valued.
