**Job Title:** Healthcare Support Specialist

Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) is a leading provider of pediatric healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in the Audiology Department.

The successful candidate will provide support to Audiologists to deliver high-quality patient care in outpatient settings through various clinical and non-clinical duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Audiologists in preparation for clinics and appointments
  • Providing patient care to infants, children, and adolescents under the guidance of an Audiologist
  • Demonstrating evidence-based practice and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Working collaboratively with teams to deliver effective patient care, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working directly with infants and children
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting
