Customer Experience Coordinator

The role of a Customer Experience Coordinator is pivotal in driving initiatives that elevate how customers perceive our brand, products, and services.

This position entails analysing CX data and customer feedback to uncover insights that drive improvements across the business. This encompasses bolstering our reputation, refining service delivery, as well as supporting operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to special projects that create meaningful change for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse CX data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to special projects that drive innovation and growth in customer experience
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in marketing, product or service design related discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and thoroughly
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, including the ability to plan interviews and customer research initiatives
  • A creative/innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve and add value
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working with diverse people across the business at various levels of seniority
  • Interest in service design or user design
  • Prior exposure to Customer Experience, such as volunteering, internship, retail / customer service experience, regarded favourably
