Sydney, New South Wales, Australia beBeeCustomer Full time $65,432 - $123,456

At Uber, we value diversity and foster an inclusive workplace. Our team works to operationalize new products and ideas across the organization.

The ANZ Customer Experience Team focuses on delivering seamless customer experiences through policy creation, product launches, automations, and strategic initiatives. We continuously improve our approach using data-driven decisions.

This role is ideal for analytical individuals who love using data to drive change and inform decisions. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will answer key questions in support, such as:

  • What is the value of good customer experience?
  • How do we prioritize spending on initiatives?
  • How can we create efficient processes without impacting customer behavior?

You will diagnose opportunities for improvement, collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes of poor customer experience, and implement scalable solutions. You will also partner with data experts across the organization to inspire change and drive business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in consulting, analytics, or in-house strategy
  • A passion for data and strong SQL skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis testing
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with experiment design (a plus)

We offer a range of benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career growth. These include:

  • Monthly Uber credits for Eats & Rides
  • A 17% discount on orders through the App
  • Paid parental leave (minimum 18 weeks full pay)
  • Access to Cleo, flexible return-to-work options, and additional Uber credits during leave
  • Personal health and wellbeing programs, including healthcare plans and wellbeing allowances

Join us in shaping the future of transportation and beyond.
