{"About Our Role": "We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Corporate team in Brisbane. As an HR Adviser, you will partner with leaders and act as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries. Your key responsibilities will include providing effective HR/IR advice, assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities, and deploying global and national programs of work with stakeholders.

* Utilize a hands-on approach to provide effective HR/IR advice to leaders and managers
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities for stakeholders
* Assist in Engagement survey deployment and managers to proactively develop & implement employee engagement activities
* Assist stakeholders with Talent Management strategies including but not limited to Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Development, Individual Development, Performance Reviews
* Deploy global and national programs of work with stakeholders such as training budget development, delivery of training programs, policy reviews
* Provide coaching and training to managers and employees as necessary for the development of leaders in the business

* You obtain a tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
* Have 3+ years experience in a HR Generalist role
* Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
* Experience in FMCG environment preferred
* Experience with effective application and interpretation of Awards, employment contracts and other legislation
* Experienced in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, skilled with excel reporting
