Early Childhood Educator and Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will take charge of your own room and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure seamless execution of teaching practices.

- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Commit to safety and inclusivity, ensuring every learning experience meets the needs of all children

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
