We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Melrose Park. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children.

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and can apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our educational programs.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong relationships with families.
  • You are committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of all children.
  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current SA Working with Children Check.
