As a key member of the Coles team, you will be responsible for leading the dairy department and driving sales growth. You will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the department, including managing stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
About you and your skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct/Indirect leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive team culture
