Key Position Overview

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in observing, reviewing, and continuously enhancing the educational programs offered to children.

  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will collaborate with Educators in your centre to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About the Role

This full-time opportunity offers 8 hours off-the-floor and 30 hours on the floor supporting and mentoring the Educators. Our spacious and well-resourced centre provides a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
