Warehouse Leadership Role

This leadership position involves effectively managing the warehouse for all stock movements inwards and outwards on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee warehouse and production activities, ensuring efficient loading/unloading and fulfillment targets.
  • Allocate resources and manage subcontractors for vessel unloading, minimizing delays and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, daily operations, and maintain productivity standards.
  • Coordinate inventory, supply ordering, and accurate documentation of goods movement.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance, health, and safety regulations across facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Key Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in warehousing analysis/analytics and reporting functions.
  • Experience with the supply and redistribution of bulk commodities.
  • Forklift license, container forklift license, front end loader license or VOC.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in warehousing with safety management, planning, troubleshooting, and improvement activities.
