About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Retail Coach at Tiffany & Co. in Brisbane. As a Retail Coach, you will play a critical role in partnering with our store leaders and retail teams to drive sales and service excellence across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and Development: Support our leadership teams in coaching our people, monitoring and observing client interactions on the sales floor, and sharing strengths and areas of improvement with the retail sales teams.
  • Performance Improvement: Coach for performance by partnering with store leaders to identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Review sales and KPI performance of the store and Client Advisors to identify training needs.
  • Training Preparation and Delivery: Prepare and deliver a range of client service, sales, and product training programs, including our new starter onboarding.
  • Monitoring and Review: Assess the impact of training on Client Advisor and overall store performance and offer coaching to leaders and Client Advisors to further embed concepts learned at formal training.

Requirements:

  • Strong Facilitation and Communication Skills: Ability to interact with all levels of employees and exhibit strong self-awareness.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Empower team members and hold self and others accountable, instill confidence and capacity to succeed, and foster a learning environment and mindset.
  • Industry Experience: Jewelry industry experience is preferred, with a graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) or GIA course work.
  • Training and Development Experience: Experience in training and development, with facilitation skills and a willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
