Role Overview
The Delivery Coach at Suncorp will mentor, guide, and empower teams in delivering value to stakeholders. The primary focus will be to enable, lead, and coach teams that are geographically distributed, ensuring they are successful, self-organizing, and responsive to change. This is a senior position where the candidate is expected to influence and advise stakeholders, delivery leads, and teams, demonstrating expertise in coaching and influencing.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for enhancing the capabilities of Suncorp teams in Agile values, principles, and methodologies Cultivate the skills of others through effective mentoring, coaching, professional development, and performance management Offer coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities focused on Agile Ways of Working Serve as a trusted advisor to the Tribe leadership team Guide and develop all staff levels on implementing and sustaining Agile principles and practices Collaborate with the tribe leadership team to promote strategies that foster an Agile culture Coach teams on business planning and decision-making utilizing Agile Demand Management principlesQualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Business IT, or Project Management; Agile or related delivery frameworks are essential Previous experience in the Insurance sector, particularly with large-scale programs, is highly advantageous Strong knowledge and experience in applying Agile and lean methodologies 5-10 years of experience in Agile delivery with a proven track record of successful project outcomes 5-10 years of leadership experience in delivery and stakeholder influence Demonstrated ability to contribute to the strategic direction of a department Experience in leading teams through transformational change Proven practical experience with Agile & Lean practices and change management is critical Comprehensive understanding of Project and Portfolio Management methodologies, processes, and tools Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes and proceduresEmployee Benefits
