Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Professionals to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail and food environment.

This role requires you to undertake merchandising, rotation of stock, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. You will also be responsible for serving customers with efficiency, handling cash and processing transactions, preparing and cooking simple short order meals, and restocking shelves.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable, comfortable working in a dynamic team environment, and able to adapt to changing business needs. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting, and have previous retail or short order cooking experience.

This role involves shift work, including weekends, evening shifts, and overnight shifts. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels welcome, we would love to hear from you.

  • Serving customers with efficiency and a positive attitude
  • Handling cash and processing transactions
  • Preparing and cooking simple short order meals

  • Restocking shelves and assisting with fuel transactions
  • Working varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or short order cooking experience
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 20kgs)
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs
