Job Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage all plant operations, including start-ups and shutdowns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily shift activities, working on a rotating roster with 2-day shifts, 2-night shifts, followed by 6 days off. Additional hours may be required to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, monitoring plant equipment, completing maintenance logs, laboratory sampling, and inspections, as well as actively participating in troubleshooting for plant instabilities.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Trade Background, Chemical Engineering, or a Certificate IV in Process Plant Technology combined with industrial experience. They will also possess competent problem-solving skills, the ability to work well in teams, and a willingness to take ownership of ongoing personal development and training.

  • Competent problem-solving skills and experience following procedures and policies
  • Able to obtain a national police clearance check
