Plant Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is an office-based role, working within a friendly and supportive team to grow and develop your skills in a rewarding and challenging position.

  • Develop and implement the project plant maintenance management plan.
  • Assist in the implementation of enterprise resource planning software for plant operations, including inventory for spare parts management.
  • Ensure the development of effective data capture procedures across all operating sites.
  • Implement efficient creditor/supplier invoice processing procedures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end plant reports in accordance with corporate requirements.

This role requires:

  • Extensive experience working as a plant coordinator.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning software.
  • Experience in integrated plant maintenance management systems.
  • Understanding of financial principles and processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to seek information and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
