Job Title: HR/IR Advisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR/IR professional to join our delivery team. As an HR/IR Advisor, you will provide support to the HR/IR Manager with day-to-day workforce operations across the project site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline HR support to employees, escalating issues to the HR/IR Manager.
  • Assist with union ROEs for the site and maintain the IR Risk Register.
  • Assist with workforce reporting, including tracking of site headcount, turnover and recruitment.
  • Onboard and offboard project personnel.
  • Coordinate camp operations and liaison with the camp operator.
  • Workforce logistics coordination, liaising with Site Security and Transport providers.
  • Manage social impact reporting and support wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business.
  • Experience: Demonstrable and successful experience in human resources management/advisor role operating as an effective HR professional.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of contemporary HR management and workplace relations.
    • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to support delivery and create business value.
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
