Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Improvement Partner to drive enhanced organisational performance through strategic service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

This pivotal position involves expert facilitation and business analysis to ensure that all services are optimised to meet community needs and organisational goals. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the role fosters an integrated approach to business excellence and continuous improvement, enabling service optimisation and transformation across the organisation.

  • Drive organisational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver value-creating initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. They will have the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Degree qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesise information effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
